Our goal is to provide a Christ-centered learning environment where Christ’s abundant love and teaching is reflected through our staff in their loving care, guidance, and teaching of all children.
Cindy Hall    Director

My name is Cindy Hall, I graduated from Sparkman High School in 1989.

My husband Scott and I have been married since Sept. 1992 and we have 2 children Austin 22 he starts seminary school at Legacy University in August and Madison 17 is a senior at Sparkman High School.  I enjoy spending time with my family as well as our youth group.  In my free time I enjoy doing DIY projects, swimming, skating, as well as cooking.   We are active members of Community Baptist church in Ardmore.  I have worked with children for many years.  Prior to coming to work at MCD I was employed at Madison Cross Roads as a Special Needs Aide for grades K-5.  My prayer is to see growth in the daycare and to provide the best care and love to the children in the daycare.

I have the best of both worlds I have the opportunity to play with the children throughout the day as well as handle the administrative roles of the daycare.  I am blesses to have a great group of ladies to work with.  We encourage the children to do their best and to respect, learn, and appreciate each other.  

Kathy     Teacher

My name is Kathy. I have been a resident of Madison County since 1996. Growing up my family traveled a lot due to my parents both being in the Marine Corp.  I have been employed at MFWBC daycare since 1992.  I am currently the preschool teacher for the 3 year old class.  I love working with children as well as doing crafts and crocheting. I am a member of Friendship Baptist Church.

Nicki     Teacher

My name is Nicki. I was born and raised in Madison. I started working at MFWBC in 2006 as the nursery worker. I have enjoyed working with all ages and I am now the pre k teacher.  I love watching the children grow and learn new things.  I enjoy playing sports. I am a member of Midway Baptist Church.

Dominique     Aide

My name is Dominique.  I am a Pennsylvania native.  My family relocated to Madison, Alabama after my mom had a job transfer in 2011.  I live with my mom and my younger brother.  I am a member of Madison FWB Church and have volunteered in the  AWANA club and nursery for several years.  I have worked at the daycare since 2012.  I love working with children of all ages and seeing them grow and learn new things.   I assist the teachers in any way needed.

Jesse     Teacher

My name is Jesse Thompson, I graduated from Ardmore High School in May 2016.  I will start college in Aug 2016 at Calhoun Community college and plan on becoming a Physical Therapist. I am a active member at Community Baptist church in Ardmore, I have worked with the children at my church for the past four years and I absolutely love it. I started working at MCD in June of 2016 in the nursery, a normal day consist of playing and interacting with all of the babies.  Feeding them as well as morning and afternoon naps.  Working here is an absolute joy and I hope to see many more baby faces to join us.

Heather     Teacher

My name is Heather. I am a lifelong resident of Madison.  I attended Madison Church Daycare as a child.  I started working here in 2008 in the nursery with the babies.  I currently work with the 2 year old children. I love working with and watching the kids grow.  During the day we can be found doing our preschool lessons, crafts, playing, singing, enjoying lunch or taking a nap.

Karen     Teacher

My name is Karen, I graduated from Sparkman High School in 1986.  My husband Troy and I have been married for 29 years.  We have 3 children.  We attend Lighthouse Baptist church.  I have 10 years experience working with children at Lots of Luv childcare.  The past 3 three years I have served as a Substitute teacher primarily in Special Needs for the Madison County school system.

During the day in the nursery we read books, sing songs, play and give the babies lots of love and attention.  In addition to meeting their everyday needs we strive to help them grow and learn in a loving and caring environment at MCD.
